Skills & Experience Review: We’ll briefly assess your current strengths and how they align with your career objectives, identifying areas that could be highlighted or improved. Next Steps: We’ll create a focused action plan with clear, practical steps for you to move forward in your career. This might include recommendations for skills development, job search strategies, or leadership opportunities. Q&A: You’ll have time to ask any questions and get personalised advice on your most pressing concerns. If you feel you need deeper insight and a more comprehensive analysis of your options, we can schedule additional sessions to explore further and provide more tailored recommendations for your long-term career growth. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear sense of direction and actionable next steps to move toward your career goals.
